Construction conditions: The construction temperature is above 5 centigrade, and the air humidity must be less than 80%.
Base material treatment: Sandblasting is required to Sa2.5 grade, to be carried out in dry climate conditions, surface should be drying and chemical cleaning. The substrate temperature must be higher than the instant temperature of 3℃ or above, relative humidity is less than 80%; please paint wihtin 4 hours after surface treatment, before surface of the steel becomes yellowing; If there is a visible rust, wetted or polluted on the surface of the steel, is required to be re cleaned to the required level as mentioned in the beginning.
Construction viscosity:Use pure water to adjust the viscosity and add 5%-10% according to the weight of water lacquer. The specific amount of addition depends on the construction effect; General adopt spraying, also rolling, dip coating, must be confirmed in advance of the customers technical conditions, in order to provide the appropriate products.
Drying condition: Can be dried at normal temperature and can also be baked at low temperature to save the time. It is suggested that 60-80 ℃ * 20-30mins.

1.Before spraying, it is necessary to check whether the spray gun is clean, and whether the air compressor is normal to remove the oil and water.
2.The painting room should be clean and tidy, no dust, ash and so on.
3.The packing bucket should be sealed and the label is cleared to prevent the use of the wrong material.
4.Painting room ambient temperature should be controlled above 10 degree, the optimal range of 20-30 degrees, humidity should be controlled below 80%, the optimal range of 60-70%.
5.It is suggested that the water-based paint should be filtered by200 mesh silk cloth after diluted, and then sprayed.
6.During construction, the surface of the coated material should be kept clean, no dust and oil pollution and so on.
7.The use period of the waterborne double component is 3h, and it is recommended to use it within 3 hours after the curing agent is added.
Quality guarantee period:The expiry date of the coating is half a year. Be sure to use it in the period of validity so as not to affect the quality of the coating。
Storage conditions: The product should be sealed and stored in the environment of
0℃-40℃.
